Look no further if you need home health care for your loved one...Assisting Hands is the best of the best! My family could not have survived the last 6 weeks without Cinda (Nurse Case Manager) and all the aides. Each aide was compassionate and kind and cared for my dad like they would have their own family member. If I could give Assisting Hands 100 stars, I would! I will forever be grateful to Windy, Yvette, Karin, and Shakira for the amazing care they gave my dad.

Assisting Hands is an amazing organization. They helped us navigate my father’s Alzheimer’s every step of the way with kindness and support. They truly go over and beyond to take the pressure off and handled every detail such as picking up needed items. Daily visits to the memory care facility with updates multiple times per day were appreciated. Also, very easy to communicate with at all hours. I can’t say enough about this wonderful group of people and I highly recommend them. We are truly grateful for all they did for our dad and family.

The absolute best service and caring I could imagine. We have had them years for two family members. Dave and I could never have done this without you. We were contemplating working with the attorney to bring them back to Ohio before we found you. I don't even remember how it came about, but I can only think God intervened to bring you into our lives. I know they would never have had the level of care they received without you. I know better than anyone how hard it is to get good employees but it's a lot different in our business. Your employees truly care!!!

Assisting Hands came highly recommended as our family navigated trying to find the best care for my mother in her final stages of battling cancer. Even with the bar set quite high, they managed to exceed my expectations on every level. My mother really bonded with each caregiver, while receiving 24-hour service at home and eventually in the hospital. Marie was her favorite, and she helped put a smile on my mom’s face in what would be her final days. Thank you for the meaningful work that you do with patients and their families!

What a great company to help care for my mom. All their staff are caring and helpful. Quick and efficient response when needed and follow up. Eric the owner, responded to my initial inquiry within 5 minutes and it was after hours. Alyssa LeClair was very efficient and followed up regularly on staffing, etc. A special shout out to caregivers Sheryl Brown and Johane Lamerique for their special attention and care to my mom.

Assisting Hands came to my rescue after a dangerous fall. The owner, Eric Brown, went over and above to make sure I was taken care of on very short notice. Every worker was obviously trained well and had a high level of compassion. Aftet one night of outstanding care, i aked to work with Irene. She was with me for about 2 months, and i only have positive things to say. Her caregiver skills and intuitive abilities made me feel safe. And her genuinely caring personality made me feel loved. Even the cat agrees.
